The family member of hostages and missing persons from Israel on Saturday asked the concerned authorities to put pressure on the “right people in all the organisations in Turkey & Egypt,” so that the kidnapped persons can be sent back to their families, news agency ANI reported. Speaking with media, one of the family members of missing person stated: “My cousin was abducted from her home with her two babies – nine months old & four years old…Those are innocent civilians. Hamas is a terror organisation. You need to put pressure on the right people in all the organisations in Turkey & Egypt – they need to help the Red Cross enter…They were kidnapped alive and we want them alive.”
Sister of Tamar Gutman who has been missing since the Israel-Hamas conflict broke out, Dr Edva Gutman Tirosh stated: “My sister Tamar, she was at the Nova party when Hamas attacked. She’s 27 years old and now missing. Tamar suffers from Crohn’s disease. It’s an inflammatory bowel disease, a chronic one…She has had a lot of exacerbations, and she hospitalized a lot over the years. If she doesn’t get her medical treatment, she can suffer from bowel obstruction, fistula, inflammation, and abscess. She could die without her medication and without her medical treatment. And this is just my sister. And there are so many others that need medications.”

Meanwhile, the Israeli military has declared its readiness for a “coordinated” air, land, and naval operation in the Gaza Strip. Following Hamas’ stunning strike last week, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu informed troops along the Gaza border that “more is coming.” This happened as the Israeli military urged inhabitants to flee to the south via social media and pamphlets airdropped into Gaza, while Hamas urged them to stay put.
Netanyahu, clad in a flak jacket, relayed a message in a video released by his office on Saturday. “Are you ready for what is coming? More is coming,” Netanyahu, was heard telling soldiers in the video that the premier’s office said was filmed earlier Saturday, AFP reported.
