Pressure is mounting on US President Donald Trump as the war involving Iran, Israel, and the United States enters its 17th day. Trump is facing growing criticism at home as many Americans question why the war began and how it will end. Reports say the conflict is costing nearly ₹9,000 crore per day, while rising oil prices and falling stock markets are adding to economic pressure. Surveys suggest that 53% of Americans oppose the war. Meanwhile, Iran has issued warnings to civilians in Dubai and Doha, urging them to stay away from areas near American military bases, as those locations could become targets. The conflict continues to intensify with missile and drone attacks from both sides. Iran claims it has launched around 700 missiles and 3,600 drones so far, while Israel says it struck 200 Iranian targets in a single day. Fighting has also spread to other areas, including Baghdad, where an attack near the airport injured several people, and Lebanon, where Israeli strikes reportedly killed 10 people. The situation around the Strait of Hormuz remains critical, with oil prices hovering near $100 per barrel. With more than 2,500 deaths already reported, fears are growing that the conflict could escalate further and destabilize the global economy.
