After a pair of launch attempts that were waved off by technical problems with the Atlas V rocket, NASA and Boeing will again try to launch the test mission Wednesday at 10:52 a.m. from Cape Canaveral, Fla.

If successful, the mission would mark the first time Boeing’s Starliner spacecraft has flown people, a key milestone for the company and the space agency, which is relying on the commercial sector to ferry its astronauts to space.
