A VOR landing is a way which helps pilot to navigate and land an aircraft using signals from a ground-based radio station called a VOR (Very High Frequency Omnidirectional Range). It helps pilots line up with the runway when they can’t see it clearly.

A few days back, two people died after a small plane crashed into a commercial building in California. Around 18 people were injured in the crash. The plane crashed early in the afternoon near Fullerton Municipal Airport, 40 kilometres southeast of Los Angeles. Additionally, 10 people were admitted to the hospital and eight others were treated on the spot.
