War Could End ‘Very Quickly’
Trump said he remains determined to “finish” the war, insisting Iran must never acquire nuclear weapons. He indicated that diplomatic talks are underway and progressing in good faith, with Tehran aware of the conditions required for a resolution.
“Hopefully it would end quickly. We have many alternatives. We could leave right now, and it would take them 15 years to rebuild,” he said. “But I want to finish it up.”
He also claimed there has been a “total regime change” in Iran, adding that current negotiators are “much more reasonable” and “not as radicalised” as earlier leadership phases.
