The Binghamton Police Department (BPD) reported the arrest of a Binghamton man for drug and weapon offenses.
Binghamton Police department said they arrested a man, Willie Coaxum, 51, who is a resident of Binghamton.
Binghamton officials reported that on 15th of April, members of the Binghamton Police Department’s Broome County Special Investigations Unit Warrant Division and K-9 Unit conducted a property check at 6 Fayette St. in Binghamton city.
The agency stated that investigators interrogated Coaxum and discovered him in possession of suspected fentanyl and attempting to hide a loaded 9mm pistol. They had secured both the rifle and the drugs.
Willie Coaxum who is a resident of Binghamton, was arraigned in Binghamton City Court and sent to Broome County Correctional Facility for alleged crimes.
