Gujarat Assembly To Bring Resolution Praising PM For Ram Temple Today In Budget Session: 

A resolution praising Prime Minister Narendra Modi for consecration of the Ram temple in Ayodhya will be introduced during the Gujarat assembly’s budget session, which begins on February 1, according to a state minister.

The state budget for Fiscal Year 2024-25 will be presented on February 2.

The opposition Congress, on the other hand, has stated that it will press the BJP government on a number of issues, including inflation, unemployment, and the recent boat capsize tragedy in a Vadodara lake, which killed 12 students and two teachers.

Gauhati HC To Hold Hearing On Ban On Buffalo And Bulbul Fights In Assam On Thursday: 

The People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) India has petitioned the Gauhati High Court to prohibit traditional buffalo and Bulbul bird fights, which have resumed in Assam after a nine-year hiatus.

PETA India filed two separate writ petitions (WP(C) No.: 466/2024 and 468/2024), alleging numerous violations of central law in the conduct of these events and submitting their investigations into these two types of fights in Assam.

In its first hearing on Tuesday, Justice Manish Choudhury’s single-judge bench heard both sides and set February 1 as the next date for the two linked petitions.

SpiceJet To Launch 8 Flights To UP’s Ayodhya On Feb 1: 

SpiceJet will start eight new flights to Ayodhya from various locations on February 1, according to an official.

Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia will inaugurate the flights.

The official stated that the flights will connect Ayodhya to Delhi, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Patna, Darbhanga, Mumbai, and Bengaluru.

The official stated that more people are visiting Ayodhya following the consecration ceremony at the Ram Temple.

The Maharishi Valmiki International Airport in Ayodhya Dham was inaugurated earlier this month.
