After more than 20 years, The Ritmo Latino Entertainment Awards are making a powerful comeback. Set for Tuesday, June 10, 2025, this highly anticipated celebration of Latin music will take place in San Juan, Puerto Rico, with the exact venue to be announced soon.
Topping this year’s nomination list is international phenomenon Bad Bunny, who earned an impressive 11 nods—including a nomination for Favorite Album of the Year for his acclaimed and chart-topping release Debí Tirar Más Fotos. Close on his heels is Karol G, who continues her global takeover with nominations in multiple headline categories.
This year’s awards showcase a vibrant mix of established stars and rising talent. Among the breakout names is singer-songwriter Raquel Sofia, who scored nominations in three major categories: Favorite Album, Favorite Song, and Favorite Single of the Year. Newcomers Kedward Avilés, Samuel Mancini, and Eric West also made waves with five nominations, including for Favorite Indie Artist. Their standout collaboration, Tú Eliges—written by the legendary Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis—is in the running for Favorite Song of the Year.
The 2025 ceremony will also spotlight iconic women who’ve helped shape the musical landscape. Three special awards will be presented:
