<h3><strong>5 lakh laddus weighing 250 quintals set to leave Ujjain for Ayodhya on Friday&nbsp;</strong></h3>
<p>Four lakh laddus have already been packed and one lakh more are being put in packets at the revered Mahakaleshwar temple in Ujjain to be sent on Friday to Ayodhya for the consecration of the grand Ram temple on January 22, a shrine official said on Thursday.</p>
<p>Each of the laddus weighs about 50 grams and the entire consignment will be of 250 quintals, he said. &ldquo;We have packed four lakh laddus. One lakh are being packed today. They will be off to Ayodhya in three to four trucks on Friday,&rdquo; the Mahakaleshwar Temple assistant administrator Moolchand Junwal told PTI over the phone.</p>
<h3><strong>Dense Fog Likely In Delhi On Friday Morning</strong></h3>
<p>There is a possibility of dense fog on Friday morning and the maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to hover around 18 degrees Celsius and seven degrees Celsius respectively, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said in Delhi, as reported by news agency PTI.</p>
<p>The weather department has issued a "yellow alert" for dense fog in the national capital and adjoining areas for the next two days.</p>
<p>On Thursday, residents in the national capital woke up to another foggy morning as the minimum temperature settled at 6.6 degrees Celsius, a notch below the season’s average.</p>
<h3><strong>PM Modi To Lay Foundation Stones Of 8 AMRUT Projects In Maharashtra On January 19&nbsp;</strong></h3>
<p>Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate or lay the foundation stones of several development projects at Solapur in Maharashtra on January 19, an official release said.</p>
<p>At a public program to be held around 10.45 am in the southern Maharashtra city, he will lay the foundation stones of eight AMRUT (Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation) projects in the state worth around Rs 2,000 crore, it said. He will also dedicate more than 90,000 houses built under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban).</p>
